We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from TUMI.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, packaging, gift boxing, and other additional charges where applicable. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized items, including TUMI Accents, cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchased price. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country. When you buy online within the European Union, you have additional rights as a consumer under the term of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to which we adhere. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in the European Union provide that you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase of a product within 14 days after the date on which the product is delivered.
If you wish to exercise your right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing (via email: service_eu@tumi.com) no longer than 14 days beginning the day after the date on which you received the product(s), and that you have taken reasonable care of the product(s) and not used them. Personalised items cannot be returned.
If you would like to return an item that you purchased on TUMI.com, please follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Please complete the return form. A return label will be provided by automatic email 24 hours upon the return activation.
2. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
3. Please print the return label and tape it on your return package. The return label will comprise all required data like your name; your address and the return address; your phone number; item number and/or description of item being returned; and the return number.
4. Please carefully read the return instructions and present the package to any UPS driver or drop the package off at any authorized UPS location To find a location near you visit ups.com/dropoff you can also contact our express courier UPS for pick up. You must organize the pick up by our express courier within 7 calendar days from the date we sent you the email with the return label, the return number and the return instructions.
5. You can expect a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus the shipping, handling, and gift box charges, where applicable, within 14 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
6. In the event you have not respected all return requirements, we will advise you by email the reasons why we cannot approve your return within 14 days.
Please only return online purchased merchandise through the procedure described above. The products purchased online will not be refunded nor returned by our stores or dealers.
